About Alona

Guiding meaningful moments of communication, commitment, and connection

Life has a way of shaping the work we feel called to do.

Before I was speaking on stages, guiding retreats, or officiating weddings, I was simply a woman learning how powerful—and how complicated—communication can be.

Like many women, I moved through seasons where I was carrying more than I realized.
Responsibilities, relationships, expectations—and the quiet instinct to hold everything together—slowly pushed my own voice into the background.

Over time, I recognized something that changed everything:

The way we communicate shapes our relationships, our leadership, and the way we understand ourselves.

That realization became the foundation for my work.

What I Do

Today, I guide people through the moments where communication matters most.

Sometimes that’s a wedding ceremony—where two people are committing to a life together.

Sometimes it’s a room full of women rediscovering their voice.

Sometimes it’s a private conversation where clarity is needed to move forward.

Different settings. Same purpose:

Helping people communicate with honesty, clarity, and care—so their relationships can truly thrive.

The Ever After Method™

Through years of working with women, couples, and groups, I developed The Ever After Method™—a simple, powerful framework for reconnecting with your voice and your sense of belonging.

It moves through four stages:

Awareness — noticing the patterns that form when you carry too much
Alignment — reconnecting with your values and needs
Expression — communicating clearly and honestly
Cultivation — building relationships that support who you’re becoming

This method now guides my speaking, ceremonies, coaching, and retreats.

Why This Work Matters

This work is personal.

My life has included blended families, long-distance love, seasons of rebuilding, and the responsibility many women carry for the wellbeing of others.

Those experiences taught me something I now bring into every space I hold:

Connection doesn’t grow from perfection.
It grows from honesty, courage, and intentional communication.

The Heart Behind Ever After

“Ever After” isn’t about a single moment.

It’s about what comes next.

The conversations you have.
The commitments you make.
The way you show up in your relationships.

Those are the things that shape your life moving forward.

An Invitation

Whether we meet through a ceremony, a speaking event, a support session, or a retreat—

My goal is the same:

To create a space where you feel seen, heard, and able to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Because when communication improves, relationships strengthen.

And when relationships strengthen, lives begin to change.
